Help iPhone apps on my phone.... I changed Windows...?

Open itunes and go to preferences. Click on iphone device and put a check in the box to prevent auto sync. Then plug in the phone and click itunes in the top left and click transfer purchases. This should put everything in to itunes. Then sync and update if needed.
