MENDENHALL FOR FRED JACKSON?

In my fantasy league ive been offered fred jackson for rashard mendenhall ( strait up ). is this a good deal? i also have marshawn lynch and dominic rhodes. but I feel mendenhall might start before the season is over. or at the very least be a TD vulture this year. so what do you think?
