How do I get this smell out of my nose?

I'm sick so I can't smell that much but I can smell really strong smells. So I was painting my sisters nails and now I can't get the smell of nail polish out! Except that since I'm sick and my nose is congested, everything I smell has this weird smell to it so everything smells kind of like poop and hot peppers. So now I can't stop smelling nail polish, poop, and hot peppers and it smells SOOOO freaking gross I feel like I'm gonna throw up. How can I get rid of this smell??
