I heard and I hope am allowed to give my two cents worth of advice. I think you need to ask her out casually. The reason she is getting shy around you is coz maybe she is tired of you not asking her out as she has given you all the clues you need and you are just frustrated. If she says yes to the outing, talk and ask her how she feels about you.
