Please help, my mouse has a skin problem..?

could it be stress? I've gotten two fancy mice (on separate occasions) who just seemed psychotic and never adjusted. One of these seems to have missing patches of fur and only gets along with one of my other mice. the other one mysteriously died, that one did not get along with other mice, but had no skin problems.
