Who has the best chance to win the super bowl after this crazy off season?

I think it's the Eagles. As long as Mike Vick can play at a high level their offense will be fine. I could see them trading Kolb for DRC and a draft pick, helping their secondary. They don't have to worry about cap space so they could afford to get a guy like Reggie bush or plaxico burress to help boost them up a little. In my mind it's either Eagles or Packers winning it all this year.
