I cry when i hear the music?

i been hearing songs (hip hop) in my head since i was 14 (now im 24) i remember most of them.so i decided i should go back to school and major in music production.but i dont know a DAMN thing about music production.i dont play any instruments.a music studio looks like the inside of a spaceship.and i heard its complex and hard to learn.i dont know if i could learn this....but when i hear the songs in my head i cry...especially when i hear them in my dreams.im always dreaming of me putting the radio on and i hear my music and when i wake up i cry cause i wanna hear my music played on radio so badly.i really wanna learn music production how hard is it really to learn this?and should i pursue this dream of mine even though i dont know nuthing at all about music production?
