Is it possible to get a false negative on a HPT when having a Yeast Infection?

I am 2 weeks late on my af, I took a HPT two days ago and it came back negative. I have a 15 month old baby, and the exact symptoms i had when pregnant with him is happening now. Sore / itchy/ hard , painfull cramps in the middle of the night......my hunger level has raise, I'm more tire then usuall, I'm finding it hard to wake up out of bed for work in the morning. Would a YI be the cause of a false positive on a HPT?
