Could it be Cancer? sweating & bleeding..?

hi sorry i hope im just being paranoid but I have a few times after had light blood like only a small amount, and i do sweat at night although i have a thick quilt all the time but my other half doesn't get as hot as me? I know these can be symptoms and i am going to book an appt. but wonderd what public thought as im worried now, should i be?
