Finding the trig. ratios?

Well if tan is opposite/adjacent so those 3sqrt14 is the opposite side and 7 is the adjacent side. Draw that and do the Pythagorean Theorem to find the hypotenuse. Once you find that, just plug in the numbers for sin and cos. And cot, sec, and csc, are just reciprocals so once you know sin, cos, and tan, those should be easy as well.
