PLEASE HELP I NEED ADVICE!!!!?

there is this creep in the grade above me he is really popular in his grade but he is ugly. He has hit on a few girls in my grade and his sister and my sister are best friends. he started to hit on me. texted nonstop i replied with one word texts or dint reply at all (boys you know what this means) but apparently he didnt get the message. One day i didn't reply to his texts he fb imed me then fb poked me. The other night was a party he had and he told EVERYONE he wanted to get with me. when i arrived this older guy came up, pointed to my head and screamed HEY DUDE SHE IS HERE!!! and all the guys were giving him high fives and u no guy stuff. i tried to avoid him all night and when he asked to gimme a tour i brought my friend for backup. i left without having any major problems and i jsut learned he happens to be going to the same place in SOUTH AMERICA!!! for xmas as me. how crazy is that? its like fate or something...whadyu think? should i go out with him or hu with him? how should i approach this! boys what does it mean for a guy to be this persistant
