I don't think it's smart to ever pick a "diet" that only consists of 2 things. Your body needs much more than tuna and water to be healthy. I understand you want to lose weight, but please be smart. Don't fall in with all the other girls in the world looking for a quick fix. Becasue in reality, the only way you're going to be healthy, at any weight, is if you eat a balanced diet (which means: fruits, veggies, protein and dairy) and excerise regularly. Good luck!
