We're together but he didn't officially ask me out. is he gonna ask?

well last friday i was hanging out w. a couple guys (2 my friends then 1 mutual friend) i already told one of my good friends that i liked him but it wasn't a big deal bc we were buddies. like we would flirt but he said he didn't like me like that. then that friday were driving (he picked me up just me & him in his car, the other 2 were in a different car) were were driving around then we all decided to be in fred's (friend) car the 4 of us. me n my good friend tom were sitting in the backseat but it was squished because it was a small 2 door. our legs were touching & he didn't mind. we were being all flirty like usual but more than usual. fred keep saying that tom liked me, that i liked him back, & we should kiss. stuff like that. we just giggled then we got out fer a bathroom break go back in we were switched his body was like leaning near mine n his arm was resting on my leg it was close. then at the end of the night they made us kiss or couldn'tnt leave. it was cute. then he txted me askin if i wanted to kiss i said yes. then he told me he liked me back. he had a lame gf now its over tho. monday:hugs more talkin tuesday: hugs, walkin to cles, holding hands wednesday: hold hands, end of day kiss, hugs, walking everywhere in hall together today: kissing, hugs, more talkin n walking, holding hands, sitting close, hand on legs, etc. we r together only he didn'tnt ask me. is he going to soon? or not? should i just ask him?
