I have a huge addiction to any and all juices, as well as Sprite and Pepsi. I am trying to lose weight so that my husband and I can get pregnant again. I tried quitting the juice and soda cold turkey by only drinking lemon water, it isnt helping. This is my 2nd week on the diet, and the cravings are steadily increasing. My husband and my kids are suffering due to my mood swings from the withdrawal. What are some healthier alternatives to juice and soda that will satisfy my cravings without hurting my diet?
