What would you do if this was you?

i have no clue how to start this. maybe a little backround will be good. im 20 years old and i have a son by another "boy"names *peter yes boy cus he acts like a child. and im currently dating this awsonme guy name *mike. now peter has no right over my son. he pays child support but has no rights. now peter has a wife (that he married on my birthday) and a daughter. they were born 5 months apart. so the kids are close in age. mike wants me well i do to to take him to court and get his rights or any rights he could have away. we want peter to have nothing to do with my son. i want to but then i think about how i felt when my mom took me away from my dad. (peter has not been in the life since i was 2 months pregnant hasnt seen my son but maybe 2x and hes 18 months old) mike wants to adopt my son and that be the end of it cause peter causes soooo much drama and all this bs. and his wife is competley crazy like she threw their daughter out of a car.. and she has therthen to kill him and i dont want that around my son at all//
