I'm having trouble viewing full episodes on the CW's website www.cwtv.com. Anybody know how to fix this?

I thought it was my computer but it was happening for my friend too, but it works on my couzin's laptop. I have all the necessary flash players and the latest internet explorer... I'm just not sure what else is wrong.
