Spiritually speaking how do you handle a racist boss?

when you dont want to file a complaint? the place i work is a racially bias environment but its close to home and its a good schedule for me as i go to school. Yet i cant help but to not want to look at or speak to my discriminatory boss...should i be that way or should i act like i dont know how much they let their personal beliefs affect their improper management? Also at times i poke fun of it with my other coworkers in front of my supervisor so i get pive aggressive cos i am angry...if i speak up nothing will change and i will get fired due to "At will" employment. how should i act toward my supervisor?
